ICAA was a Keynote Speaker at CiKi 2019 – IX Congresso Internacional do Conhecimento e Inovação, which took place in the city of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul – Brazil, on the 7th and 8th of November 2019.

CiKi aims to "boost, share and strengthen the best practices in management, media and knowledge engineering, innovation and intellectual capital in globalized organizations".

In 2019, CiKi presented the theme “Strategies in Human Factors for Digital Transformation and Resilience”.
